29 CFR 1910.272(g)(1)(iii): The atmosphere within a bin, silo, or tank in the grain handling facility was not tested for oxygen content prior to employee entry: (a) Cedar Head, LLC, 715 Enterprise Road, Colquitt, Georgia; at the grain elevator bins, on or about April 11, 2023, the employer exposed employees to atmospheric hazards, in that the employer did not test the oxygen content inside the bin prior to employees entering the bin.
