29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purposes for which they were designed: a) New Hope Farm, 5937 Route 11, Homer, NY 13077, on or about 4/17/23, the rigger (foreman) was using an 8 foot step ladder to access the flatbed surface where that ladder was leaned against the truck bed and not as it was designed with the ladder opened and spreader bars locked out.
