29 CFR 1910.1025(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: Location: Mirion Technologies (Capintec), Inc., 7 Vreeland Road, Florham Park, NJ a) The employer did not make sure all surfaces were as free as practicable of accumulation of lead. Three wipe samples were taken of employee workstations with results of 17,415 ?g/ft2, 5,907 ?g/ft2, and 1,441 ?g/ft2 respectively. Violation occurred on or about April 5, 2023, and May 8, 2023.
