29 CFR 1910.147(c)(4)(i): Procedures were not developed, documented and utilized for the control of potentially hazardous energy when employees were engaged in activities covered by this section: a) On or about May 8, 2023, and times prior, employees failed to utilize hazardous energy control procedures for maintenance and servicing activities on the Rotoline CR 2.60 rotomolding machine including mold switch out, buoy extractions, machine set up, and oven inspections which are conducted by the operators without the utilization of a lockout tagout procedure.
