29 CFR 1910.305(g)(1)(iv)(A): Flexible cords and/or cables were used as a substitute for the fixed wiring of a structure: a) Chicago Booth Manufacturing, Inc. located at 5000 W Roosevelt Rd., Chicago, IL 60644: On or about March 29, 2023, the employer used multiple flexible cord sets (extension cords) in place of fixed wiring in the Table Area of the facility, in which current and relocatable power taps were connected and utilized by employees to power various equipment.
