29 CFR 1910.269(o)(2)(i): Work practices for the protection of each worker was not established from the hazards of high-voltage or high-power testing at all test areas, temporary and permanent: On or about March 22, 2023, at a remote location, employees opened and began to work on the internal parts of a transformers without testing the wiring to ensure the system was de-energized, exposing employees to the hazard of coming in contact with energized parts.
