29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(ii):The end of a platform greater than 10 feet in length extended over its support more than 18 inches and the platform was not designed and installed so that the cantilevered portion of the platform is able to support employees without tipping, or has guardrails which block employee access to the cantilevered end. Location: Worksite Employees were exposed to falls of over 10 feet where the end of the platform of the pump jack scaffold extended over its support more than 3 feet on each side. An employee fell over 10 feet to the lower level while one foot was on the scaffold and one foot on the roof.
