29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): a) Wood Shop - On or about 3/09/2023, and at times prior, the employer exposed employees to struck by hazards in that, the employer failed to ensure that point of operation machine guarding was provided to SawStop table saw, to protect the machine operators from being exposed to the danger zone while employees were using the unguarded machine for cutting the projects parts.
