29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(i): Conductors entering cutout boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not protected from abrasion, and openings through which conductors entered were not effectively closed: Employee(s) engaged in using battery chargers to charge pallet jacks located at 1915 Kansas City Road, Olathe, Kansas were exposed to electrical hazards due to charging cables rubbing against the frame of the battery chargers in the following equipment: (a) Lifeguard battery charging machine 801809 was missing grommets for black and red charging cables exiting the battery charger. (b) Lifeguard battery charging machine 801808 was missing a grommet for the red charging cable exiting the battery charger. (c) Lifeguard battery charging machine 801807 was missing a grommet for the black charging cable exiting the battery charger. (d) Lifeguard battery charging machine 801806 was missing grommets for black and red charging cables exiting the battery charger. (e) Lifeguard battery charging machine 801804 was missing a grommet for the black charging cable exiting the battery charger.
