29 CFR 1910.107(g)(3): Approved metal waste cans were not provided where rags or waste were impregnated with finishing material were deposited and the contents of those waste cans were not properly disposed of at least once daily or at the end of each shift: a) On or about March 17, 2023, in a starter assembly shop, where a fiberboard barrel drum was used inside a spray booth to dispose of materials such as rags, paper towels, and repurposed plastic bottles that were covered with, or contained, flammable paint, exposing employees to fire hazards.
