29 CFR 1910.147(f)(2)(i):When outside servicing personnel were engaged in activities in a facility, the onsite employer and the outside employer did not inform each other of their respective lockout or tagout procedures: On or about February 15, 2023, the onsite employer, OSI Group, LLC, did not inform outside personnel performing sanitation of equipment of their respective lockout or tagout procedures for equipment including, but not limited to, the Tiromat Machine (Rebuilt S/N 500/494) on Line 8.
