29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(11): Ladder(s) was/were moved, shifted, or extended while occupied: a- 37, 39, 41, 43, 45 & 47 Stanton Road, Mount Holly NJ: On or about 02/15/23 the company worksite Foreman and a worker were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 6 feet to the ground surface below, when occupying the ladder's lower rungs while extending these aluminum extension ladders in order to lower their extended fly sections. NOTE: IN ADDITION TO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION, THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
