29 CFR 1910.305(g)(2)(iii):Flexible cords and cables were not connected to devices and fittings so that strain relief was provided that would prevent pull from being directly transmitted to joints or terminal screws: (a)On or about February 15, 2023 and at times prior to, two extension cords used to provide power to the two welding machines were damaged in that they had separated from the cord plug. Note: Abatement certification IS required for this item.
