29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using a tight-fitting facepiece respirator were not annually fit tested: a) On February 11, 2023, and at times prior, at the 99 Cents, Katy facility, an employee who wore a tight-fitting respirator in response to an ammonia release was not fit-tested annually. This condition exposed the employee to toxic hazards during the ammonia release.
