29 CFR 1910.1018(m)(2)(i): The employer shall assure that employees working in regulated areas or subject to the possibility of skin or eye irritation from inorganic arsenic shower at the end of the work shift. (a) Production area: On or about October 28, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that employees potentially exposed to skin or eye irritation from inorganic arsenic or worked in regulated areas showered at the end of the shift.
