29 CFR 1910.146(k)(1)(iii): The employer did not ensure that each member of the rescue service had practiced making permit space rescues at least once every 12 months, by means of simulated rescue operations in which they removed dummies, manikins, or act: a) 30548 Thorogoods Road Dagsboro, DE: On or about February 1, 2023 the compliance officer observed that the employer had practiced making permit space rescues at least once very 12 months, for the emergency service companies which responded to the confine space engulfment rescue summons prior to the February 1, 2023 incident, when emergency services were dispatched to the site.
