29 CFR 1910.252(b)(2)(iii):Workers and other persons adjacent to the welding area were not protected from the rays by noncombustible or flameproof screens or shields. Employees engaged in welding operations at 210 North 13th Street, Seward, Nebraska 68434 were exposed to welding rays in that employees working near the west wall plant #19 were not protected by screens or shields.
