29 CFR 1926.1052(c)(12): Unprotected sides and edges of stairway landings were not provided with guardrail systems that meet the criteria contained in Subpart M of this part: a) On or about January 11, 2023 at 261-267 Washington Blvd., Oak Park, IL 60301 , employees were exposed to the hazard of falling while using stairway landing that was not equipped with a guardrail system. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(c), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the CERTIFICATION OF CORRECTIVE ACTION WORKSHEET).
