Magnolia in Salina, KS, employee(s) engaged in trenching and excavation activities were exposed to struck-by hazards while working inside of a trench to guide the bucket of a 308 Cat excavator. The employee(s) were allowed to stand underneath the excavator's bucket while removing and carrying soil.
