29 CFR 1910.134(d)(1)(i): Selection of appropriate respirators was not based on the respiratory hazard(s) to which the worker was exposed and user factors that affect respirator performance and reliability: a) On or about December 30, 2022, at 2745 East Burdick Expressway, Minot, ND the employer did not select and/or provide appropriate respiratory protection in that employees wearing paper masks were exposed to hazardous vapors while cleaning up a chemical spill involving a mixture of multiple chemicals.
