29 CFR 1926.452(j)(2): Poles were not secured to the structure by rigid triangular bracing or equivalent at the bottom, top, and other points as necessary. Jobsite: a.) On or about December 29, 2022, the pump jack scaffolding in use on the front of the building did not have rigid bracing at the bottoms of the poles to prevent displacement. b.)
