29 CFR 1910.303(g)(2)(i): Live parts of electric equipment operating at 50 volts or more were not guarded against accidental contact by approved cabinets or other forms of approved enclosures, or other means listed under this provision: a. Reliance Precast Systems, Inc., On December 30, 2022 two electrical panel boxes in the mold production area was open and missing a cover to enclose the live electrical parts. This condition exposed employees to electrical shock hazards.
