29 CFR 1910.159(c)(10):The minimum vertical clearance of 18 inches between automatic sprinkler systems sprinklers and the material below was not maintained: a) 145 Dixon Street Selbyville, DE 19975 (Warehouse-Rack systems): On December 29, 2022, and days prior, employees were exposed to fire hazards when the employer stored materials within the 18 inches (45.7 cm) vertical clearance requirement.
