29 CFR 1910.219(b)(1):Flywheels. Flywheels located so that any part is seven (7) feet or less above floor or platform shall be guarded in accordance with the requirements of this subparagraph: a. On or about December 15, 2022, the employer did not ensure the flywheel of the Blow Press Co., mechanical power press, known as "Punch Press 1", located less than 7 feet above the floor was guarded. b. On or about December 15, 2022, the employer did not ensure the flywheel of the Brown-Boggs 4L mechanical power press, known as "Punch Press 5", located less than 7 feet above the floor was guarded. c. On or about December 15, 2022, the employer did not ensure the flywheel of the mechanical power press, known as "Punch Press 4", located less than 7 feet above the floor was guarded. d. On or about December 15, 2022, the employer did not ensure the flywheel of the mechanical power press, known as "Punch Press 3", located less than 7 feet above the floor was guarded.
