29 CFR 1910.333(b)(2)(i): The employer did not maintain a written copy of the procedures outlined in paragraph (b)(2) of 29 CFR 1910.333: (a) On or about January 24, 2023, Throughout Site, The employer did not develop a written procedure for de-energizing equipment where employees worked on 120-volt and 240-volt electrical circuits that included, but was not limited to, light replacement, outlet replacement, and HVAC maintenance. In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
