29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employee(s) using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator: (a) Mechanical Room: On November 18, 2022, an employee wore a full-face WorkMask TM SCBA (Self Contained Breathing Apparatus) respirator to check the inside the Mechanical room. Employees had not been fit tested on respirators, exposing employees to respiratory hazards.
