29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: On or about 11/22/2022, the employer failed to ensure that three (3) electrical panels did not have any openings or gaps. In the laundry room on the first floor, three (3) electrical panels had unused circuit breaker openings, exposing energized wires and energized bus bar.
