29 CFR 1910.307(c):Electrical installations. Equipment, wiring methods, and installations of equipment in hazardous (classified) locations shall be intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous (classified) location, or safe for the hazardous (classified) location. a) Hot Room- overhead lights: Employee were exposed to combustible dust with a hazard explosion severity of 3 newton, daily while manufacturing filo dough. The employer did not ensure overhead lights in hazardous Class II Explosive locations were be intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous Class II Explosive location, or safe for the hazardous Class II Explosive location on or about November 15, 2022. b) Hot Room- wires: Employee were exposed to combustible dust with a hazard explosion severity of 3 newton, daily while manufacturing filo dough. The employer did not ensure that equipment wiring methods in hazardous Class II Explosive locations were intrinsically safe, approved for the hazardous Class II Explosive location, or safe for the hazardous Class II Explosive location on or about November 15, 2022 .
