29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(i)(B): For electric equipment operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, and likely to require examination, adjustment, servicing, or maintenance while energized, the working space did not permit at least a 90-degree opening of equipment doors or hinged panels: At the worksite located at 6050 Manchester Trafficway, Kansas City, Missouri: Employees were exposed to serious shock, burn and or electrocution injuries when accessing electrical breaker panels. 1. The electrical breaker panels were blocked by tables which did not allow the doors to open at least 90 degrees in room 3. 2. The electrical breaker panels were blocked by equipment and chemicals in the chemical storage area.
