29 CFR 1926.1060(a): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee using ladders and stairways, as necessary, which would enable each employee to recognize hazards related to ladders and stairways and train each employee in the procedures to be followed to minimize these hazards. a- 32, 34, 36 Staton Road, Mount Holly NJ: Workers were exposed to fall hazards, up to and in excess of 11 feet to the ground surface below, when using a the top step of an A-framed ladder and a damaged front section of an A-framed ladder (was missing its back section) at the worksite. These workers did not receive ladder hazard recognition and minimization training from the employer at the time of the worksite inspection. Condition observed on or about 11/08/22.
