29 CFR 1910.217(e)(1): The employer did not establish and follow an inspection program having a general component and a directed component. a. CQT Kennedy, LLC, worksite located at 1260 Industrial Drive, Van Wert, Ohio 45891: On or about October 27, 2022, the employer did not establish and follow as required, an inspection program for the Chicago part revolution mechanical power press, Model 810 L, S/N L18558. Employees operating the press were not benefited by a systematic program of periodic and regular inspection of the press to ensure that all their parts, auxiliary equipment, and safeguarding were in safe operating condition and adjustment prior to use.
