29 CFR 1910.176(c): Storage areas were not kept free from accumulation of materials that constituted hazards from tripping, fire, explosion or pest harborage: (a) Stock Room: On or about 10/20/2022, the stock room was not free from the accumulation of merchandise materials throughout the floor exposing employees to fire hazards and pest harborage. The Dollar Tree Stores, Inc. was previously cited for a Repeat - Serious violation of this occupational safety and health standard, 29 CFR 1910.176(c), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1269761, citation number 1, item number 2b and was affirmed as a final order on September 7, 2018, with respect to a workplace located at 1155 S.
