29 CFR 1910.1025(e)(3)(i): The employer did not establish and implement a written compliance program to reduce exposures to or below the permissible exposure limit, solely by means of engineering and work practice controls: 342 Quinnipiac Street, Wallingford CT: On or about October 17, 2022, the company had not established and implemented a written lead compliance program describing each operation resulting in lea emissions; methods, including engineering controls, used to achieve compliance with 29 CFR 1910.1025; a report of technology considered; air monitoring data documenting the source of the emissions; a work practice program outlining the required protective work clothing and equipment, housekeeping, and hygiene facilities and practices; and an administrative control schedule.
