29 CFR 1926.451(b)(5)(i): The end of a platform 10 feet or less in length, extended over its support more than 12 inches: a) 901 Market Street Wilmington, DE - On or about October 3, 2022, the employer failed to ensure that the manner in which the planking for the scaffolding was being erected and used [e.g. placed over the railing within the stairwell] in accordance with manufactured specifications. The employer allowed their employees to to be exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 15 above grade as they work within the stair well of the multiple story building under construction.
