29 CFR 1926.1153(g)(1): The employer did not establish and implement a written exposure control plan: a) BAPS Northeast-Front Lot, 100 North Main St, Robbinsville, NJ 08691: The employer did not ensure that a written exposure control plan was written and implemented for work being performed by employees. Employees are conducting work that involves the mixing of dry cement for curb work and creating dust that contained crystalline silica. Occurred on or about September 23, 2022. NOTE: THE EMPLOYER IS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION FOR THIS ITEM. FAILURE TO COMPLY WILL RESULT IN AN ADDITIONAL PENALTY OF $1000.00 IN ACCORDANCE WITH 29 CFR 1903.19.
