29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: a) Heritage Shores Development, Whistling Duck Drive near Wilson Farm Rd, Bridgeville, DE 19933 - North Side of Framed Structure: Employees were working at heights of approximately 12 feet without fall protection and without being provided fall protection training to recognize and minimize hazards for the phases of construction while working onsite as observed on or about 9/21/2022.
