29 CFR 1910.178(f)(2): The storage and handling of liquefied petroleum gas fuel was not in accordance with NFPA Storage and Handling of Liquefied Petroleum Gases, No. 58-1969, which is incorporated by reference in Sec. 1910.6: (a) Location - Building Exterior, next to Northwest Section of Dock Area On or about 09/21/2022, employees were exposed to possible fire/explosion hazards; LP-Gas was stored within 10 feet of the facility, adjacent to a thoroughfare for tractor-trailers to maneuver into position.
