29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performed work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: location: entire site on or about: 9/16/22 a) Employees were working from a pallet that was secured to the forks of a JLG Gradall rough terrain forklift. One of the employees was not provided with scaffold safety training. Note: In addition to abatement certification, the employer is required to provide abatement documentation for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19
