29 CFR 1910.305(b)(1)(ii): Unused openings in boxes, cabinets, or fittings were not effectively closed: a) The employer did not close opening on electrical equipment. This violation occurred on or about September 7, 2022, in the Hammer Forge department, where a metal electrical box of 480 Volts used to power welder and other equipment had opening at the right side of the box.
