29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The employer did not ensure that sufficient access and working space is provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: a) Dolgen Midwest, LLC, located at 505 West Main Street, West Lafayette, OH 43845: On or about August 31, 2022, employees were exposed to electrical and fire hazards from wheeled carts, large boxes, and bins obstructing access to electrical panels. Dollar General Corporation was previously cited under the name Dolgencorp, LLC DBA Dollar General # 6556 for a WILLFUL violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard, 29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1550619, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on March 18, 2022, with respect to a workplace located at 2381 Dawes Road, Store 6556, Mobile, AL 36695.
