29 CFR 1926.451(b)(3):Where guardrails were not installed along the front edge of the platform or all employees were not protected from falling with the use of personal fall arrest systems, the front edge of the scaffold platform was more than 14 inches from face of house wall. (a) Front of house - On or about August 12,2022 the employer had his employees erect and work from the scaffolding the was greater than 14" away from the face of the house exposing employees to fall hazards.
