29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3):Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) For the cooler/vault area, on or about 08/05/2022, the employer exposed employees to caught-in and amputation hazards, in that, multiple chain and sprockets for floor chain conveyors were exposed in areas where employees worked.
