29 CFR 1926.251(e)(8)(iv):Synthetic web slings with broken or worn stitches were not immediately removed from service. a. On or about July 26, 2022, at the above addressed jobsite, employees performing steel tubing installation operations, had a synthetic sling that was holding up a section of steel tubing, that was not removed from service due to damage and from illegible tags, exposing the employees to struck by hazards.
