29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1)(ii): The required working space about electrical equipment rated 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground, was used for storage: a) 72 Michigan Avenue Paterson, NJ - Dip Tank Area: Access to the electrical panel in the dip tank area of the warehouse was blocked by a water pump. The employer did not ensure that there was sufficient access to the circuit breaker panel, on or about July 29, 2022. TRB-Andarn Electro Services Corporation was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(k), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1484092, citation number 1, item number 9 and was affirmed as a final order on February 16, 2021, with respect to a workplace located at 72 Michigan Avenue Paterson, NJ 07543.
