29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use: a) Chemical Closet Storage - On or about July 20, 2022, employees transferred chemicals such as, Sanite 75 and FRM 63 CB without an eyewash or shower, exposing employees to corrosive hazards. b) Fish Processing Room - On or about July 20, 2022, employees applied chemicals to fish processing equipment for sanitation and cleaning such as Sanite 75 and FRM 63 CB without an eyewash or shower, exposing employees to corrosive hazards.
