29 CFR 1926.454(b):The employer did not have each employee who was involved in erecting, disassembling, moving, operating, repairing, maintaining, or inspecting a scaffold trained by a competent person to recognize any hazards associated with the work in. Jobsite - On or about June 15, 2022, the employer did not have each employee trained in erecting the pump jack scaffold where there was no triangular bracing installed on the bottoms of the support poles and there was no netting installed on the open ends and sides, or other means of fall protection.
