29 CFR 1910.151(c):Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body shall be provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. [63 FR 33450, June 18, 1998] On or about June 14, 2022 at location 450 W. 33rd Ave. Oshkosh, WI: employees are exposed to product LAK-LA5157-Underliner and not provided with suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes by FLOW 1 and FLOW 2 white booth areas. a) FLOW 1 machine: employees are exposed to the white underliner product daily during production of cones. b) FLOW 2 machine: employees are exposed to the white underliner product daily during production of cones.
