29 CFR 1910.23(e)(1)(vii): The employer did not ensure that mobile ladder stands and platforms that have wheels or casters are equipped with a system to impede horizontal movement when an employee is on the stand or platform: a) On or about November 17, 2022, employees were not protected from a tip over hazard in that three of four mobile ladder stands did not have a system to impede horizontal movement due to being broken or improperly repaired.
