29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer did not have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with two-point adjustable suspension scaffolds and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards: a) Jobsite located at 305 N 15th St, Philadelphia, PA: Employees performing work from a two-point adjustable suspension scaffold and exposed to 70-foot fall hazards had not received training to recognize the hazards associated with suspension scaffolds and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards.
