29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where the eyes or body of any person may be exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body was not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use. On or about May 13, 2022, the employer at 2421 Morral Kirkpatrick Road in Morral, Ohio failed to maintain the eyewash station to provide a continuous flow of water able to flush out an employee's eyes in the event that the employee is exposed to corrosive chemical products, such as sodium hydroxide, while cleaning out tankers using the pressure washers or setting up containers of said chemical product in the storage area.
